By engaging the services of Hiq Ads (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.
1. Services Provided
The Company provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and other forms of online promotions. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a signed agreement or proposal.
2. Ad Budget and Testing Funds
2.1 The Client is responsible for providing the agreed-upon funds for advertising campaigns.
2.2 Non-Refundable Testing Funds: The Client acknowledges that any ad budget allocated and provided specifically for testing purposes (e.g., A/B testing, audience testing, creative testing) is non-refundable. Testing is an integral part of refining and optimizing marketing strategies, and results are not guaranteed. Regardless of the outcome of the testing phase, no refunds will be issued for these funds.
2.3 The Company will allocate and manage the ad budget according to the agreed strategy and objectives. Any changes to this budget allocation must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Campaign Performance and Results
3.1 The Company will make every effort to deliver results that align with the Client’s objectives. However, due to the nature of digital advertising, the Company cannot guarantee specific results, such as lead generation, sales, or any other outcomes.
3.2 The Client understands and agrees that digital marketing results can be influenced by various factors outside the Company’s control, including changes in algorithms by advertising platforms, market conditions, and user behavior.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 The Client agrees to provide all necessary access, materials, and information required for the successful execution of the marketing campaign. This includes access to relevant advertising accounts, websites, analytics, and any other required platforms.
4.2 The Client warrants that all materials, information, and resources provided to the Company for advertising purposes comply with applicable laws and do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
